Remember the 3 key elements of a brand - Promise, Experience, Memory. Top tip get a better accountant. Best decision I’ve ever made, my tax bill is next to nothing, didn’t release how much I can write off. Helps the success

Always remember to clean up or it goes like this(((( he did a great job but he was untidy they don’t remember your good work they recall the mess )))) we are gardeners we are being paid for a job part of that job involves a spotless tidy up that we r being paid for keep it tidy keep a good name 👍 I can certainly relate to your comments on hedges rob even them that have had a nice tight cut seem to be trying to grow faster 😅😅👍

I think it's pretty rare to find a customer that's genuine like that. Plenty want it done for the cheapest, but with this customer you at least feel justified when you have to put your prices up. Caring comes with a price.

Great video, yes you really have to care, I'm just finished at 6.30pm on a Friday evening, 2 hrs paperwork and invoicing ahead of me, full days work to arrange for tomorrow (Saturday) next week fully booked in already, it's non stop always on the go to keep everyone happy, yeah you really have to care, I've a cruise booked for sept for a week as I really need the break and family time
