Marc Robertson
Birthplace: Melbourne / Australia
Age: 38
Bio:

Marc Robertson's pool career started in 1993 at the age of 10 when his dad bought a pool hall called Classic Cue in Ringwood. His brother Neil Robertson and Marc loved going there after school and having a hit on the tables. Not only did they play pool and snooker, they got quite competitive at the Daytona USA arcade game too!
Marc competed in many juniors events but once he reached 18 years old, he took a break from cue sports to go and try other things.

In 2004 he came back to the Sport of 8 Ball and made the Victorian state side firing up his passion for the game again. Pool has always been in his life but from that moment on Marc decided that he wanted to be amongst the elite few. So he challenged myself in ways he didn’t know he could, and found himself dissecting the game as if he was playing chess! Over the next few years he won several championships and made many great friendships he still shares today.

"I’m very proud of my achievements because they represent all of the hard work and dedication I've put into the game. But the greatest part of the whole journey was meeting a player from the Victorian Ladies team, Suzi. Suzi and I are now many years married and share the love of the game together! We have two children and on many occasions we all find ourselves hanging out around the table at home"
