Hi dear. Thank you for your tutorials. I am learning a lot from your videos.

Just a request if you remove background music from your videos, as it is disturbing a lot. you can add white noise at least if you want. @6:37 the music stops for few seconds which is very good.

Hi, Thanks for this video. I am new to medical imaging. I want to add two labels in the segmentation using the same model (working on cardiovascular images). Could you please guide how can i do that? I understand from one of previous comments that i need to train an object detection model. Could you please explain it in a bit brief? Thank you very much.

How would we segment the lung without boundary boxes ? I want to use SAM for tumor segmentation but as you know it segments anything in the image and does not provide any meaningful labels. If you have any ideas, ı'd be happy to hear. Thanks a lot.
