Royal Enfield Classic 650 First Look Video | Is It The Bigger Classic That We Have Been Waiting For?
Показать описание
Royal Enfield’s head, Siddhartha Vikram Lal, promised a year to celebrate the Classic, and they’ve done it in style by launching the largest Classic yet, the Royal Enfield Classic 650! Inspired by timeless designs, the Classic 650 maintains that beloved retro feel while packing modern upgrades that fans have come to expect. So, what exactly does this beauty bring to the table?
Iconic Design, Modern Power
The Classic 650 pays homage to Royal Enfield’s heritage with iconic design elements, including the distinctive round headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, chrome touches, and floating rider seat with an optional pillion seat for a perfect blend of classic and contemporary. Available in four shades, including the retro-inspired Teal from the Classic 500, it’s sure to turn heads.
Simplistic Features for a Pure Retro Feel
Staying true to its roots, the Classic 650 avoids heavy tech. While it does have LED headlights and taillights, bulb indicators and a classic analogue speedometer with a minimal digital readout maintains the vintage appeal.
Adjustable levers, a USB charging port, and a classic 648cc engine delivering 46.4 BHP and 52.3 NM of torque make for a powerful ride. Its exhaust tone has been uniquely tuned to provide a distinct experience compared to its siblings, the Shotgun and Super Meteor 650.
Heavy Metal: Built to Last
Tipping the scales as the heaviest Royal Enfield, this bike is solid metal and slightly heftier than the Super Meteor 650. A 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel, both wrapped in special MRF tyres, offer stability on the road. With a dual-cradle frame, tweaked steering geometry, 320mm front, and 300mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS, it's built for durability and safety.
Riding Experience Awaited
While it may share specs with the Shotgun 650, the Classic’s feel is entirely different, offering a heavier, steadier riding experience. Look for this model in early 2025, with the first test rides expected soon after.
