I've considered adding the 2 drop Tai and Delicate Plan to help deal with SecCon this format. Hitting removal in their security just for them to recover makes the matchup next to impossible

Hey, hey had a little debate at locals about armour release vs blackwargrey's unsusupend. The armour release ability prevents deletion of your digimon so If they block it won't unsuspend the blackwargrey.

Managed to grab 63rd with bwg in my first regionals! Had a lot of fun but only faced hybrid decks and one armour rush. Def going to slot in breath of gods/delicate plan for all the yellow running around 😭

Honestly as much as I love fire rocket, seeing it in Sec is the worst, such a dead card and facing Imp you need some bombs in Sec to stop their tempo. I’ve had to lower it to 2 and rely on comboing and up Armor texture to 3.

Agree with Plasma Shot, Mega Death is better, especially for X-anti body and Imp

I'D Love to know what you end up swapping out for the Kimeramon and the Plasmashots...Those along with lightning blade super underperformed at my locals. Everyone here is on BlackWarGreymon and Mastemon and a few with X-Anti body

Actually I'd keep BT8 Veemon, at least 2 since it's your only searcher for the dual tamer. I ended up 4th place on my locals last Sunday and totally agree with ST8 Vee, it triggered on almost every swing. Also, I believe DNA wastes its potential on Armor Rush as well, even if you add Paildra. Plasma Shot I only used it once to delete a Gatomon so I kept Maste at bay at least 1 more turn, maybe I'll replace it with Sora/Joe since I already run Megadeath.

Instead of 2 DNAs I'm running 2 ulforce so I can warp if I need a big body mid/late game. But ulforce does not feel amazing in your hand at the beginning of the game

I think with armor rush the safest removal would be cocytus or v-wing, only because you have plenty of blue but only 7 blue/green, so for consistency sake I would stick to mono-blue options. Overall though I like the list and I think I may try it out, though imperial is too fun.

I got 124 with rapid hybrid and all my wins were against armor rush so I'd love to give you some insight on the matchup but honestly I think it's just a prayer for hard bricks. The only time an armor rush player took games off me was when I bricked and didn't get tamers or my security was 4 patamon and a rapid or they open with a turn 2 fire rocket double swing because of hammer sparks. But with Edens back in favor and rapidmon himself, I don't see any consistent way for the deck to win over rapid.
