Honestly while it’s not recommended to do so, most of the time you will be safe, unless you buy large accounts from suspicious websites they are 99% of the time safe rerolls people made themselves.

let me just say something here. please please please do not buy high ar accs as I have been scammed twice of my accounts and I just needed money to pay for other stuff but I fell for the scammer tricks and lost both my acc, they were both dolphin accs so I was really frustrated so please, ask the seller if this acc is truly raised by them like ask tricky questions if not report them for possibly selling stolen accounts. thank you all for your time i hope this doesn't happen to anybody else

So, Weirdly enough. I bought an acc and got a freebie just like this one but a free 50 rolls.. And the map is laid out exactly like this one.

So here's the current situation.

Accounts for sale nower days are less likely to be a reroll account compared to back then. When Genshin just came out, the rewards were in the form of Primogems. So it was easy to reroll because primogems are universal. So the sellers would create as many accounts as they wanted, and waited for the certain banner to reroll on.

But once those accounts are done, they're done. Because the rewards don't come out as primogems anymore. So now standard chars and early limited chars (Like Venti) are cheaper, and the newer limited ones are either farmed from content (Like quests and Spiral Abyss) or the account was hacked. There might be others that spent actual money but that's less likely. Maybe there's a case where the account was old itself, but recently rerolled for Ayato to sell for example.

It's already been a few months since I bought an account on eBAY with Hu Tao and another 5* (Quexing) AR16 and now here I am AR51 with other 5* and I am satisfied with my purchase.

the problem is that some of the accounts are either stolen by hackers and sell them for money. Whenever the original owner recovers the account the person who bought that stolen account that he/she didn’t know will waste their money and lead to scam

just don't be an idiot and be extra careful if ur planning to buy an account. and don't publicly tell anyone if you bought an account. check reviews and make sure to go through several stores before settling on one. also check for any red flags.
