Thank you for such a nice video, i am able to install the SCSM server but stuck at data warehouse server. Its not generating web service URL while configuring reporting server for the data warehouse. It doesn't generating the URL, not let me choose one...what to do ? please suggest.

have you done any videos showing patching/updating SCSM? it is different them SCCM and SCOM by quiet a bit. All and all it is pretty simple and easy, just really love your system center videos

Hey Bernardo,
I was looking to upgrade from SCSM 2012 to 2016. So while running the 2016 binaries, I get a prompt as "To upgrade to Microsoft System Center Service Manager, you must first apply Cumulative Update 2 for System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 – Service Manager."
Do you have any links for Cumulative Update 2 for System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 – Service Manager.
