As I stare into a swirling black and white curl, I blink and see and elegant, exquisite flower and soothes my soul to see such a masterpiece. I do as said and stare into the black and white Abyss for at least 30 seconds. I look away and it seems as the world is drifting away from me as I end up in a relaxation. My head slowly tends to go down and my eyes close. I fall into a deep sleep relaxed and focused.
