Learn how to remove a Worcester Bosch combi boiler condensate trap and save a few quid with this no nonsense quick video guide.

Removing a Worcester boiler condensate trap is easy with only a small flat-head screwdriver needed on this one.

Different Worcester boiler models have different traps and clips but they are all pretty similar. Some are trickier than others to remove.

You must:

1. Remove the boiler casing. Different Worcester boilers have different casing removal methods, but there are up to 4 screws on some models, and unclip any clips.

2. Move the clip on top of the trap with a small flat-head screwdriver.

3. Twist the trap anti-clockwise, pull the trap forward and remove it from the boiler.

@HouseWarm - how do you refill the syphon once you put it back in ? Will the boiler refill it automatically?

i've just been quoted £180 to replace one of those (older model) as a prior plumber stripped the thread on the locking nut and put the wrong washer in so it leaked
