"You just don't want to eject your passengers".

Jay: "Maybe you don't!". Pure gold!

20:52 "Let's deploy the smokescreen "It's like every other British car now"

Jay's sense of humor worth every dollar he's made.

I like that the rep said "I don't know" when he didn't and didn't try to guestimate. A rep that you can trust with the truth goes a long way.

Smoke comes out, and Jay says oh it’s like any other British car. Hilarious 😂

"The Aston Martin is like a Jag that went to Oxford."
Well said, Jay!

As is the case with Jaguar and the E-Type, Aston Martin will never escape the legacy of this car and that is *absolutely* fine. I'm glad to see they're embracing how iconic it is.

I love the DB5, probably one of the most beautiful cars ever!

If I wasn't a fan before, I am now. The time, dedication and effort Aston Martin put in to continuing this piece of their heritage is amazing and applauded.

With the "battering rams" out, they should name the car, "Pushy Galore".

The craftsmanship is simply amazing. The fact it is truly handbuilt and amount of time to construct each is jawdropping. Some consider this folly, but it gives work to old craftsman and incentive to continue this work, while also creating additional stock of parts. I went into this out of curiousity about how and why Aston-Martin did this, and honestly (as if it makes any difference), I approve!

Cars will never, ever be this beautiful again. Safety stuff, plastics, etc., prohibits this. Thanks, Jay!

"Do you expect me to talk?" "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to BUY!" Great video of a legendary car!

I was a school boy in London in the late sixties, and used to walk home past an exact model of this dB5 every day, parked in the street. Maybe the most beautiful car ever made.

This was probably 'the car' that started my passion for cars when I was a kid in the 60's. It was, and is a work of art. Even the exhaust note is beautiful.

What a car, and how cool of Aston Martin to make it. A hand made new car as well. Can’t give this enough thumbs up 👍

My favourite car of all time, guy at the end of our road had two of these back in the 70s in London.I helped him wash them and at the same time had the corgi 007 car and watched Goldfinger and the Italian job.If I was super rich this car would be top of my list.

I love that Aston Martin kept their sense of humor with adding the gadgets. What a beautiful car. Considering the effort, while not cheap, it's worth every penny, imo.

This IS and will remain my favorite Jay Leno's Garage episode ever. Awesome! What never fails to amaze me is Jay putting his arm out on the window. So casual in a 3.7 million dollar car.
