My interpretation: The ladies moving the dolly by themselves implies that they are directing their own life in their own terms. While doing so they come across people who are too depressed to move on, encourages them to change!

In any moving shot you can always see the camera in the reflection with one or two girls operating the dolly. At 0:54 Mizyu briefly gets out of her directing chair to give a pose with the office man and then moves back to the dolly. Even at 1:52 you can see a quick reflection of Rin and Mizyu driving the dolly in the mirror.
