I'm a volleyball player and this is what my coach has told me ( btw I'm a DS) so the 2 players upfront got short if your a hitter and that ball is over your head domt get it but DO NOT turn your body with your hands together it could make back row think your going for it and then back off instead shuffle back facing forward. But back to passing lol the middle middle PLAYS deep trust them to play deep and ofc the player in the video was there she just looked like she hesitated DONT HESITATE if you run into someone great get back up but if they call it back off but in this case it looks like they were in serve recive which means they should've been in a straight line but just trust middle middle to get it cause she was ready or if you think you have a better chance dont hesitate you will make a bigger mistake letting it drop then getting it instead of middle middle and it going over the net.
