Fighters are meant to dominate his lane even if its 1v2 they can be more tanky and with sufficient damage

For a fact if ur getting wrecked by ur laning phase 2 times go to other lanes and switch it to other heroes or ally that can clear ur lane without them dying or cal for back up if they dont respond go for option 1 if that happens its basically dyroth that would switch his lane with the mage or mm he can also lend his lane to his ally hyper if the turtle is not far at ur lane especially if there are 2 you would obviously go to opinion 2 since early junglers cant 1v2 by their selves what u should always do is not die into ur laning phase more then 2 or 3 time or else u just gave ur enemy free 200+ - 240+ gold each of their kills if ur dyin their switch lanes with

Either

Mage basically they can clear ur minions aslong they stay with the turret

And u can manage their enemy mage into their lane as they manage ur turret and lane they can go for a 1v1 they reach lvl 4 anyways

Markmen they wont help alot but if they stay they can benefit. With your minions and gain exp or money as they can kill minions but u can do this switch tactic with 3 roles or 4

Real talent is just not allow the fighters to come close to you . Use slowing effects, stuns, u r mobility, flicker and etc to keep them away and keep poking them till they die
