Honda Civic custom subwoofer box 2011-2015

Audio Designs & Custom Graphics in Jacksonville, FL designs and sells a custom stack fab rear quarter panel subwoofer box for the 9th Generation (2011-2015) Honda Civic Coupes and Sedans. Stack fab is a very solid design as we use 3/4' MDF layers and paint a layer of fiberglass inside it to strengthen and seal the enclosure. Most people do not correctly build fiberglass enclosures as they are often way to thin (you need 10-12 layers) or they mix the fiberglass very hot, which makes the fiberglass very brittle and week. Our enclosures are wood glued which becomes stronger than the wood itself so they are extremely strong.

I love doing stack fab, I hate fiberglass. I made a boombox this way a few years ago, but plywood and was going to do this in my 8th gen sedan . GREAT video!
