Hurricane Irene (August 2011): Flooded Out

Jackie Baldridge, Dan Lucash and all of the other basement apartment dwellers in an apartment complex in Penndel, Pa, were flooded out during Hurricane Irene when a creek behind their apartment overflowed it's banks and sewers backed up. Baldridge, Lucash and several others took refuge in a Red Cross shelter in Yardley, Pa.
