Blues Hog Rubs and Sauces

Hey guys, Cam from BBQ Spit Rotisseries and Flaming Coals. Today I'm here to show you through the amazing Blues Hog range of sauces and rubs. these are comp-grade rubs and been doing wonders on the American scene and the Australian comp scene for a long time now. Doesn't mean you can't use them at home but they're so good on the comp scene.

One of my favourites has to be the "Original Blues Hog Sauce" this here is a traditional sauce but has got a slight a little bit of a twist in it. I can taste cinnamon some others don't but I think it's got a really nice little twist on the original barbecue sauce.

The next up is the "Smokey Mountain Sauce". Now the Smokey Mountain sauce is just that a little bit smokey it's got elements of the Blues Hogs of original in it, but it's just got that smokey heat in it.

One of my faves my all-time faves is the "Tennessee Red". Now Tennessee Red got a pepper flake through it, it's got a bit of a hit in it but that vinegar base just goes so well with pork and I do a lot whole hog with this one here.

Now an interesting one that a lot of people walk past but I think it's really great is the "Honey Mustard" really great on chicken and if you want to try something different just pork chops really good slathering it on some pork chops right here to cook it.

Now we move our way onto the rubs. Now the rubs are just as great as the sauces I really like the "Bold and Beefy". I use this on my steaks at home but I also really like it brisket as a basically just has a first layer really brings out the beefiness in a brisket.

Next up is the "Sweet and Savoury" now sweet and savoury is just that. It's got a sweetness in it but the savoury heats and it really bring it back, so the best of both works for that one.

And of course the "Original Dry Rub Seasoning". Now the dry rub seasoning got paprika In it so you get a
beautiful colour from it. Got a little bit of heat in it, one of my faves quite definitely.
