I have a mentally abusive father and a physically disabled, bedridden mother (she's been disabled since I was 6). I've taken everything I've been through until this point and shown myself how it's positively impacted me. Yes, I've had anxiety and depression since I was a kid, along with panic attacks and night terrors, but it's matured me beyond my years and helps me to see everyone else in a different light. I feel similar to you, Rob. Thank you for everything you preach ❤️

It is not easy to forgive someone who was supposed to be there for you, but by forgiving you are able to move on. It is not always easy and it can be a tough road, but once you have given that forgiveness it is like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
