You didn't mention that while delivering great specs by other phones they also come up with several compromises. Eg note 10 pro max is super buggy, Moto g60 has IPS display f62 is 23000 rs which means 5000 rs more.
Better do a fair comparison.

tbh I genuinely think that higher refresh rates are pure gimmick and does not offer a significant change on how you use a phone, it also drains your battery so in my opinion, higher refresh rates are quite irrelevant and is not that big of a deal when its not implemented on a phone.
