Pull Apart Cinnamon Bread | Made Without A Mixer, No Kneading! | How To Bake!

Recipe for one pull apart cinnamon bread, no mixer needed!
Dough:
200ml Warm milk
60g Melted butter
1 Large egg
45g Sugar
6g Dry yeast
375g All purpose flour
3g Salt
Filling:
+-75g Softened butter
+-200g Brown sugar
10g Cinnamon
Extra:
1 Egg + 30ml Milk for eggwash
Process:
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg to bowl.
Add sugar and yeast, mix well use a whisk.
Add flour, salt.
Mix slowly until a dough has formed, use a spatula.
Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Deflate the dough.
Flatten it (see video).
Brush with softened butter.
Prepare sugar / cinnamon mixture.
Spread on top of the butter.
Divide dough into right size for bake tin (see video).
Put dough into baking tray (greased and bakingpaper).
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Brush with eggwash before baking.
Bake 180C / 350F, +- 35 minutes.
