My favourite part is Homestar's enthusiastic lines and Mike giggling at them. "I get to talk!"

24:19 - The Troghammer mistake. Strong Sad tells us this won't matter much because the cottage is repaired later on anyway. Let's take a closer look, shall we?

25:57 - This mistake set into motion a larger butterfly effect than Strong Sad would like us to believe. Since the cottage was not repaired, there were not enough eligible cottages for the proper amount of peasants to spawn at the timestamp above. There should have been an extra peasant on board (and one less Trog-Meter point) had Troghammer properly made his repair, as is his wont.

Therefore, this entire game is forfeit and I eagerly await the re-game that will surely take place to make up for this grievous and unforgivable error. Thank you.

I like how the way each of the characters play the game matches their personality.
Strong Sad plays things slowly and thinks things out (like a nerd)
Strong Bad goes for reckless risky plays
Homestar just wings it
and Mike

Edit: I'm mainly making this as a suggestion to the creators, cuz I think they would be hilarious at it.

I love how Homestar Runner has achieved Muppet status. I know the three of them are one dude doing all three voices, but I can't help but see them as separate, real characters.
