Redemption time..... FITNESS CHALLENGE BUCKETLIST EPISODE #1!!!...To start my fitness bucketlist I thought I'd go back to my roots , and live out my 8 years old ultimate dream. To swim in the olympics, no better way to attempt that then to live for the day as if I was THE olympic swimmer of our generation, Michael Phelps BUT as some of you may know I attempt his diet & workout a few years back... After some research I realized that challenge I attempted actually wasn't how Micheal phelps ate. Yes the 12,000 calorie diet was a LIE. Saw that will tennyson also recently did this...he's succeeding at everything else in life compared to me, so to make it fun decided to "race" him. Who is the faster of the 2 Canadian gymsharks?!

HILARIOUS So I could have sworn the pool was 50m (as it looked that way to me haha), but I asked a random and they told me 25m… Turns out they were wrong… which mean I actually swam 400m IM & double everything hahah!!! Also that means I did swim a whole length underwater! So that was a nice little ego boost to find out later! Thank you to Jennifer for pointing that out to me!

My bucket list right now is to do 10 real push ups, 5 real pull ups, and run an5k with no walking. I am slowly working on my strength and endurance. I must prefer these types of videos over the crash diet or miracle workout ones.

As a high school swimmer that has been swimming for 10 years myself I greatly appreciate this video cause it not only motivates me but you showing ur compassion towards this sport makes me happy people tend to underrate this sport and I don’t feel like that’s right it’s sad honestly because it is such an amazing sport with many benefits

I just wanted to come here and say you are BY FAR my favorite fitness YouTuber. Ever since I’ve found your channel I’ve been working out of health and enjoyment rather than to burn a certain amount of calories and lose a certain amount of weight. Also, I love your editing style, humor, and you always make funny references. That’s not something I usually see in fitness videos, which are mostly serious. Thanks for inspiring me <3

This video was perfect! Being a formal swim and college track sprinter myself…I felt that line of “knowing how fast you used to be” Plus, the Costco trail mix was pure nostalgia. Looking forward to episode #2 of the bucket list.
