This worked for my Sony Android.

I'm physically-disabled and an extra 15 seconds when my fingers decide to get the hippy-hippy shake (aka "involuntary movements" says my pain management consultant kindly ) the difference between getting that call and missing that call.

This is not an Android setting, but instead a network configuration setting. Depending on your phone network provider it can be a slightly different code or you might not be able to set this yourself and have to go via the help desk.

The setting should be as simple as the other 199, 999, and as a basic option. Samsung should get a letter on this.

The code depends on your carrier. For some reason mine didn't work on my Samsung A42 either way.
