Sri Ramakrishna (1836 - 1886) was one of the most prominent Self-realized masters of India during the 19th Century. He was a mystic and a yogi who translated complex spiritual concepts into lucid and easily intelligible manner. He was the guru of the renowned monk Swami Vivekananda.

About this channel - 'Supreme Yogi':
The word "Supreme" represent the 'highest Truth' (our inner Self or God or the Source of creation) that we all are seeking, and the word "Yogi" means one who attained union with that 'highest Truth' through years of spiritual discipline or sadhana. Since this channel is all about the teachings of such realized yogis, it is apt to use the name "Supreme Yogi".

Many of these great yogis lived in a time and place where there were no facilities available to record their teachings other than in written form. These valuable teachings are available only in book sources and hence this channel is a humble attempt to spread some of these hidden teachings to modern seekers who're searching for spiritual guidance and inspiration.

May you all get benefited from the videos shared through this channel. Stay blessed.

We Indians are so naive that we have these treasures amongst us and we are fighting over pebbles and stones ..

Krishna says this path of impersonal realization is too difficult. Recognizing Him as the Supreme Lord is easier. You don't need to eat only fruits and roots. You can cook nice food, once you offer it first to Krishna and then eat his remains it is the true renunciation. To eat only food offered to God: that is renunciation.

Well said. Path of Jnana Yog is not possible in this age. Bhakti Yoga (specifically Chanting Maha Mantra or Hari Naam Sankirtan) is the easiest way.

God is my true Lover.I am nothing without Him.I seek nothing but only Him.I have just one desire that may my Lord break this cycle of birth and death.May He take me in His lap forever after leaving this body and never send me away again.

Love is what opposite to the every thing what is attachments. Fear is opposite to love, love is freedom, but this love is not just a multiple emotions but a single feeling of mind, other all is just a colour of fear

Bhakti yoga dispels our desires .It channelises the heart where as jyana yoga is for the intellect. Head without heart won't go far. We need both friends. Sprinkle a bit of Karma yoga and Raja yoga for better results :) :)

A person widout self realization is like taala(lock) lag gaya hai dimag main..woh bhi jung(rust) ho gaya hai..No one in dis universe can help one to realise..Self means when ur inner conscience will say tht Boss what m chasing for materlistc acheivment nd feeling happy abt it is uncertain..nd can be snatched from me any moment..so this attainment cant be truth..there is something infinitly powerful above us..we need to seek d surender..yeh soch hi realisation hai..🙏

The question is, how to remove traces of worldliness? It is so difficult!

It complicated for egoist to follow the path of love, but rationalization is best. Path of knowlege also take upt o the self scrification of ego means just leaves the wrong knowlege this i ness still attach to the mind till the time complete realization accour.
Devotional love can cure this but egiistist cant faith as mind play a lot of role as per his own duty of safety but lot of time take wrong way as accirdence to the people sourround then the personal experiences it takes lot of effords even to understand and realize a very small small things of life like mind or thought process is just a data processing based on the knowlege whatever it is true false worldly non worldly right wrong or just super ficial and if this knowlege is get correct as accordences to nature as sciences or as per personal experiences as science is also a natural phenomana explaination and scientist also hav the personal experiences of their expeiments, problem is the attachment of mind attachment is like if mind consider one thing true even though is it wrong but it pursue it like a machine and to overcome from it we need to separate ourself from mind then only mind consider other true things and to get truth also need a lot of effords of intellect and personal experiences.
The things is very easy to understand but to realization need mind emptiness and a sequeces of work to carried out,
