Umm... you didn't mention able the lock being locked when you close the door setting it up. Is the unlock option on the app?

Sooo I've purchased one about 2 weeks ago now. First off free shipping doesn't apply to Hawaii. Second, when am I expecting it? No email, nothing, about my purchase other than a receipt.

My grobo just stopped working with my plant growing inside. I have tried to contact you and have not received any response. It's sad how it seems that they just stole from us and they don't take responsibility 😕

90 minutes my butt. Took me 90 minutes to get the cabinet together. If I knew I had to put it together I would have gotten a first generation. I didn’t have a buddy to help as I just gotten over Covid so it was a pain balancing the panels. The hardware is crap. I had to go to the store to get bolts and nuts for the back and longer screws for the base as the originals were too short. Due to my eyesight I am having to send it to a guy to install the wiring. I wish I could send it back but I like growing weed and that was all I thought about while in the hospital. If you are not willing to go through this crap I would recommend the first generation.

What happened. Either say your coming back or that you are failures. I was a consistent customer.

My grobo is a no go.
1st issue: wrong cable sent, not enough screws also.
2nd issue: LED indicator doesn't work. Replacement also didn't work. Thinking its chip issue.
3rd issue: connection issue. Customer service sent me a ground cable to install stating this will solve the issue. Well it hasn't.
4th issue: Since this is internet connected and connection issues persist, I did 1 drain and fill. (This needs to be every 10 days mind you) While I was sleeping the machine decides to use all the nutrients supplied and then randomly drained the water reservoir.

Customer service has not gotten back to me since 😂 (Last name Falconer)

Seems they are selling this product without complete research and development.
