Let's Play Outer Wilds: An Important PSA

Outer Wilds is a game unlike any I've ever played before. I went into it not knowing what to expect and was left in tears by the end. It's a beautiful emotional rollercoaster of curiosity and discovery, of revelations that you can only truly experience once.

This statement - that you can only experience the game once - was something I had heard about the game before playing it, but only by the end did I truly understand what people meant by that. This is why I have made this PSA video that will go before all others in the playlist for this game.

If you have any intention of playing this game at all, I urge you not to watch this let's play until you've completed the game yourself. I believe you will enjoy my playthrough all the more after your own journey solving the puzzle this game sets out before you.

This is a very important message, and very selflessly provided by Kikoskia. I've seen a playthrough of this game previously some time ago, and it did indeed make actually playing the game somewhat superfluous. But I bought it anyway, because the developers deserve the support for such an awesome game and story.

this is an amazing game that i sadly spoiled for myself years ago by watching a lets play of it i expected to get something like kerbal space program with some more story instead i got an experience that moved and changed me forever and the slight regret that i didnt go on this journey myself but i am always glad to join cool people on their first time visiting the stars and im already getting the tears ready for when it is once again over thank you for doing this lets play after all the years of watching you i know this will be special

Even if you don't get too much from the story, the game is still full of so many neat visuals, surprising mechanics and "ah HA!" moments that playing it for yourself is an experience very few other games manage to achieve.

Outer Wilds is probably my favorite game I've played in my life so far, and I know you don't know me but I don't say that about games usually. It made me emotional in a way I didn't even fully understand at the time, but to even say why it resonated with me is a spoiler so I won't go into it. But since then I've watched, as of Kiko's, three different people play through it and I love living vicariously through them, seeing someone see the game for the first time, and I'm so happy Kiko got to see it to the end unspoiled. Here is my take: I started playing the game a few years ago, but could not get into it. But when I started watching your Let's Play, I realized that I enjoy the game more when someone else is playing it. So, for anyone who has tried the game and hasn't gotten into it, try this excellent Let's Play instead.

I had managed to not watch any lets plays of this game until i managed to get it myself, and yeah, if people havent played this, please PLEASE! dont watch the lets play, play it for yourself, normally i dont say that because most games it doesnt matter, but this one. This one is an experiance. Its not a game. Its a lovely story that scratches so many itches, once youve played it, its fun watching people learn the story and tricks, i am struggling to not spoil anything in this comment either, as its a wonderful experience. By the end of my playthru i ended up hunting every achievement i could get, its one of the few games ive got 100% in because it was so good,
