Had a p0691 fan code ithe fan has been replaced and works but still comes up with engine fault service now I have been told it could be the water temp sensor any ideas mate

I have a loss of power to window washer and horn DS4 also- checked fuses and doesn't seem to be that. I've been told its corrosion within t he fuse box? without spending money on specialist tools (i've got a multimeter) what could i check to diagnose and fix this? Also my pwm comes on when i unlock the car. It's mental.

I have a berlingo 2015 1.6 hdi warning triangle comes on and coolant fan runs all the time can any point in the right direction fan control unit ?

I've had this same fault before on another 1.2 and changed the fan resistor module which solved it. However on this car, the cooling fan is still not coming on. I've put direct power on to the fan which comes on. I've checked the loom connector and there's power there.
The engine light has gone off, when I rescan the fault is still on ecu but won't clear. Coolant light came on so I stopped & the tank had coolant. When I opened it, it was like a jacuzzi 🤯.

Any tips & help would be appreciated thanks.

My fan stays on when key is out for about 5-10 mins I cannot control with dials inside car turn fan up or down it stays the same high ...also I have seen people get to fan module just by taking black cover off the top of fan.

The steering wheel is on the wrong side
