Anthony Rendon went deep off his current teammate Brett Philips batting as a lefty last season. Phillips, an outfielder who has pitched in several mop-up games previously has been clocked as fast as the low 90s as a pitcher...so it's not a gimmie homer, especially as a non-switch hitter batting in the opposite batters box.
