I would argue that prime Tony is highly underrated because Khabib beat Justin and Tony lost to Justin in horrible fashion. Then after the losing streak, people forgot how good Tony in his prime really was. Tony finished Tibau with ease while khabib was struggling and that Tony would struggle a little but take khabibs pressure and takedown skills nevertheless. The first 2-3 fights, Tony would win or even 3rd could go to either man, but by. then Khabib evolved more by the end of their winning streaks so the last 2 to Khabib.

The ONLY thing Khabib can do is grapple and go to the ground. He has ZERO striking power. He is not a power striker by any means. There's a reason every single one of his fights has ended via submission.
In terms of technical boxing skills, he's supremely lacking. He relies too much on the take down in every fight.
There's a reason he retired instantly after beating Connor.
Fear of his style being used against him. Which was slowly starting to happen. People now know how to counter takedown attempts, and most just catch a ruthless knee to the face or an uppercut these days.
