They didn't even know they were making history. They were just doing what they loved.

Eminem pushed the card, Dr. Dre didn't wanna work with 50 until he seen 50 buzz in the and Jimmy Iovine was scared 50 was gonna get locked up or his beef with Ja and Supreme team was heavy, but I'm glad Em pushed the is the reason 50 was on Aftermath/Shady/ Interscope

50 will tell you himself it was Eminem NOT Dr. Dre that put him on at Aftermath, yes Dre did eventually accept him in and they made a lot of good music together but this was Dre trusting Eminem’s judgement overall.

The high point of 50’s rap career might have been reasonably short-lived, but the link up with Dre and Em and the album sales for Get Rich and The Massacre will be etched in folklore whether you like it or not

It’s so crazy how much Pop Smoke resemble 50 in the clip of 50 in the booth

Dre not telling the full story. He was against Em signing 50..
Look at Dre's body language.. not tell the full truth.. (shying away from the camera)
Em in fact put his career on the line for 50 before he was given a chance,
at the time 50 just got dropped from Universal and blacklisted from almost every studio in New York
after getting shot 9x. Everyone stayed away from him or was threatened to stay away from him
by Jim Henchman, who allegedly put the hit on 50 and also being a very close associate with Murder Inc label.. aka Ja Rule/Irv Gotti.
Irv Gotti went as far as even blackmailing DJs not to play 50's songs. Ja rule was the hottest Rappers out at the time
and Gotti was using that a leverage too, "If you want a Ja feature, don't do a song with 50 or sign 50"
Look up Irv Gotti recent interview..

Em was the one really pushing for 50 while Dre did not really like 50 that much at least at first

why he lying? 50 was high risk at the time and Eminem was the only one to take that risk with 50. Dre said its too hot for me but if you (Eminem) give him a shot I`m on it.

I don't think Dre ever liked 50.he was probably forced by Jimmy and Em to do the deal. I mean 50 makes his headphones and Dre buys Ross a watch for his Birthday.
