Thank you Carleigh for your words of inspiration and all the great scrappy recipes. It is a game changer. The series idea is a must. Been doing monthly series for years. However I need to ask for the follow and a better call to action. Much gratitude for the value ❤

This young lady is my kind of cook! She and I have VERY similar ideas about food and I would like to congratulate her.
I used to have the name Scrappy Lady for the same reason! Now I’ve changed my name but created a YouTube channel based on the same premise of whole food eating. I get it! I get her! Congratulations to her! And she’s Canadian too!!!
So am I.
I’m gonna buy her book and follow her on social media.

Beautiful share - there is a huge ripple effect with packaging, handling, and supply chain waste with each ingredient “wasted” as well and the health that comes with being more organized (in supply chain, etc). ❤

I think vegan and vegetarian foods are great as long as where they're grown isn't infusing them with lead, glyphosates, microplastics and other contaminants. Being exclusively vegan can yield health problems with vitamins and minerals so it may not work for everyone but getting more plants in one's diet can be beneficial for many and this young lady's recipes are much loved by lots of people! So nice of her to share her talents with us! ❤❤❤

I love Carleigh, thank you so much for this episode. I’ve been vegan for more than 10 years and it doesn’t need to be a tasteless choice, or an expensive one.

Carly, thanks for your dedication to vegan cause, I'm 5 year vegan, but still an odd duck in my family, my close friends are all meat eaters...it's unbelievable how people don't see blessings of eating thist way....

I retired and really got into cooking. Even though I cooked for my family when the kids were growing up it was more of a ok just get dinner on the table so that I could move on to laundry. Now cooking has become a wonderful hobby and discovering delicious vegetables and grains and so much food that I would never think of serving the family back when. Cooking for myself has become a new way of being

I've been following PlantYou for a year or two... And I just love all of the series: Scrappy cooking, Quickies, Sneaky veggies, One pot meals... However, I thought she was from the South, definitely not Canada 😂😂🙈

Carleigh, you're so inspiring, because you represent what I believe and teach, without any judgement, force and shaming. I try to behave just like that within my surrounding when asking (and judging) me about being 90% vegan. 😊❤

I like you even more after this interview 😊

Lewis, thank you for this episode ❤
