the owner of this game never intended this game to be popular, i think it took inspiration off of incredibox or something, and it got more popular, of course that led to the owner having their discord account being deleted, doxed, a picture of their family leaked, ect.. and the owner made it for fun, the internet is so crazy.

Can someone tell me why this is so popular? Like, yeah I love the “innocent thing is not so innocent” type thing, but that’s all there is to it. There’s no cannon lore, no alternate paths or endings, no nothing. I get a game doesn’t have to have those things in order to be interesting and fun, but I honestly don’t get it tbh

I'm a full adult in my 20s and not in the range of the fandom at all, nor am I interested in it, but I think this is cute (reminds me of Happy Tree Friends and FNAF?) and the music is actually good. Sad that this became such a problem with content farms etc. because it's creative and charming indie horror imo.
