Peace. Will definitely try this. Sick of using cashews which irritate my stomach and macadamia nute which are available at whole markets, but are usually stale because the way they are stored for weighing and looove coconut milk and wanted a vegan, simple recipe for sour cream. Thank you.

I love that trick that you pulled with the coconut milk! I tried to make coconut whipped cream one time but I got some of the liquid into the mixing bowl and it didn't turn out so well, but now that I've seen how you've done it I know I can make it right next time. Thanks!
