This 10-Minute Fall Out Boy song cardio workout will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and burn loads of calories. I've included beginner modifications that stay on the screen throughout the workout so that you can modify the exercises at any point if you need to do that.

this is great! i followed along as best i could; i’m in the early stages of my weight loss journey and this is a great way to actually have some purpose to moving around to my favorite music — usually i’m a bit of a flailer around my apartment
