The term "Too OLD".
For Years I have worked with & around Older people and Seniors. I know several people in their late 90's, they were as sharp then as they were in their 40's-50's, right until Death; plus they have knowledge, experience and patience with those less knowledgable. They still have the ability to mentor long down that road. For years I've seen people that retire, they're at the top of their games then ! So there are great benefits to Old age.
Is the Age card term discriminatory; who would use it and for what reason is it useful at all ?
Personal Cognition should be the label then, like Cancer it is not age, sex or person specific and Cancer is nothing to be taken lightly neither. It should be the cognition of the individual Person. Lets not make the term age a scape goat when the issue is Cognition,  
Dementia is a loosely used term & can in many cases be managed. Lack of oxygen, dehydration, medication's all can cause lack of cognition but can be rectified. They're not necessarily age related and could be other issues.
So before the media runs and condemn an entire demographic of their ability to continue contributing much to society still, be careful.

Call a spade a spade, not everyone is a spade between the ages of 30-45, it's a slippery slope. Younger people will see this when they get to the top of their game is what I am saying.

It goes one way or the other and being open to listen to this lady talk on certain chosen topics and speak in terms of supporting this or that and bashing him or her, and the question she wanted answered is not really available for giving. Until it’s confirmed, and he’s out, but I waited all the way to the end to listen for her ideas on Ukraine.
An incredibly important topic this day and age and also coming into ripe political seasons on both side of the border.
Oil is all together another topic, and believing some environmental activists will allow Canadian trains, or tractor trucks, or pipelines to come blasting through their state untaxed or even wanted is similar to a dream.
Why was Ukraine not spoken of???
If big don trump is elected, withdraws supporting Ukraine, what is the Canadian contribution going forward? Will Pierre or Justin be a war time leader in Canada ? Fighting Russia in Ukraine? Supporting human death but not looking for ideas to stop it. Continuing to bomb chemical or oil refineries and still continue charging carbon tax inside Canada?
It seems only select topics were lightly touched here during this video . I’m not exactly sure don will open 5-6 pipelines at 48 inches each to come blasting through the USA unchallenged and as simple as the idea of it is. Let’s only hope to god it is allowed, and I’m wrong.
