Σαλάτα με αγριοράδικα στην εξοχή - Salad with wild greens

Πήγαμε για χόρτα και φτιάξαμε μια σαλάτα με απλά αλλά δυνατά υλικά της Κρήτης. Γραβιέρα από τα Καμισιανά, αβοκάντο από τις Μουρνιες, ελαιόλαδο από τον Στύλο, αλάτσι από την Παλαιόχωρα, κάπαρη από τους Αγίους Αποστόλους και φυσικά αγριοράδικα από τον Αποκόρωνα. Καλή διασκέδαση!

Went for wild greens and we made a salad with strong and local ingredients. All of them are coming from different areas of Chania, graviera cheese from Kamisiana, avocado from Mournies, olive oil from Stylos, sea salt from Paleochora, caper from Agioi Apostoloi and our wild greens of course from Apokoronas. Enjoy!
