I like. I think I will incorporate these ideas into the training classes at work. Her ideas were user friendly for the learner, they know up front what is to be covered andexpectations. A lot of the mental construction was thought thru early on so the teacher can focus on the students and not so much the material covered during class/training. Everybody wins.
