First gear wasn't good. Start could have been better.

0-100km/h in 3.7 sec :O for less than 9.000€ !!! If you want to do a 0-100 in less than 4sec with a car you have to pay more than 100.000€ !! That's why I love bikes too ;)

@trido1986 When you rev it to the limiter de ECU stops the injection or/and ignition. When this happens there might go some unburned fuel in the exhaust pipe and when the next ignition and injection happens that fuel will burn in the exhaust pipe and ake some noise. BUT i'm not sure about this because with modern bikes they stop the injection first and then de ignition so this wouldn't happen. Whit carbureted bikes they can only stop de ignition so this noise happens.

awesome! Twins are indeed great...I also ride a 2 cyl. I'm not going to say I swear by them but I don't see myself buying a 4 anytime soon.

nah, the "Widowmaker" is the nickname for the Suzuki TL1000R, because of its light front end and short swingarm :P

compare? i just said its a little behind at 160. The reason why i said it was because i was surprised i could keep up that long. And yes above the 160 it would be much faster, but below i could keep up. And don't say he didn't gave it all, because if you here the tires spin on 4WD car you know he's giving it all.
It's a drag race, the only thing he had to do is put his foot down and pull the peddle at the right rpm. If you would put a decent rider on the Z it would have made much difference.

The max i have done is 220km/h on gps and +-243km/h on display, but according to kawasaki the top speed shout be 230km/h for a persone who weight around the 75kg.
But you kan only manage that on a highway.

@trido1986 About the slowing down from 100kph its same like my bike, i found this site that might explain it: i'll send it to you because i can't post it here.

Not sure if a powercomander will help, if you haven't change anything at your standard ingnition and injection system i don't know why the engine would backfire with the new exhaust and not whit the old one.
But to be sure ask your dealer, they probebly know more about this then i.

its back fire even when bike stand, , , rev to limit, release the throtle back fire happen,

when i not come to limmit nothing happen

when i accelerate to 100 kph in 1st gear, let it slow down its popping

Do you thinks powercomander will helps...i really donot want to waste money rather then take it to a workshop

yh true, just found out that i'm just a little bit slower then a 911 turbo S. At 160kmh he was already 5 a 10 meters infront.

I'm considering getting one of these z 750s ... Are they a good bike? The one I'm looking at is an 06 with 10 k miles. What mileage are they good for thanks?

ah yeah? I never heard that....I wonder why that is....it seems like a very well-balanced bike....but hey....everyone can die on any kind of bike given the level of experience of the rider. Belgium is the weather is pretty crappy today...here in Brussels at least...

you do? which one? and yeah, if i would ever buy a four in line it would be the mv agusta f4 or something.. but nothing else.. it has not much vibe, or character, or torque, the only good thing about it is that its a little faster at high rpm.. but that doesnt define a bike for me
