I have both medallion pieces but am yet to go to the lift or even activate the site of grace up there yet the portal is unlocked for me here & from the looks of it there are several ways to activate such a simple portal 😯

If yall struggling with radhan u can just poisin him with the rotten dragon incation u need to hit him twice with it in both fases

I don't know why but in my first playthrough I was able to use this portal even before goign to raya lucaria and going into altus plateau
I did Radahn right after godrick and was able to use this teleporter

I had access to radahn immediately. No dectus needed. My brother doesn't have access though to radahn and he's further ahead than I am
