That seller pretty much gave that GMC away for $800. The sales price of $3, 100 is really low too for the current car market. The new owner was probably very happy with that price. Where I am even with that sort of mileage something like that would still sell for atleast $7, 000.

What an amazing car flip!!! That's so awesome!! I really like how the combination of Oxyclean and bio break really broke down all the grease and grime on the carpet floor. It looks like you've rented a separate garage space to do all your work. Yours is spacious and clean! Should that expense be part of the flip calculation since many of us will be doing this in our carports or home garage spaces.
