The cake in Minecraft is (most likely) a traditional Swedish strawberry cake. It is made with a fat free sponge cake that's very airy and not so sweet, filled with vanilla custard and strawberry jam. Topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

The pattern on the side would be the whipped cream slightly dripping down the sides. The one made here looks amazing, but I can assure you all that the real cake tastes miles better. Well worth trying

Fun fact! the reason that you have to read through four articles worth of text before getting to the recipe is because that’s the only way that the writer can copyright the recipe (at least according to US laws) youre not allowed to just copyright a recipe, there has to be a significant story or preamble to be considered your intellectual property

If you ever want to try pumpkin pie again without worrying about screen accuracy, I strongly recommend a graham cracker crust if you can get one. They balance out the flavor and texture of the pumpkin really well.

In fact! I prefer to use cookies to eat while building or chopping wood before using something with more saturation, and I save the good foods for trips to the mine or exploring ☆

2:30 actually I had one world where I basically had to eat cookies for quite a while at the start because I didn't have access to any other options for food due to my spawn location, so yes, I did eat a lot of cookies in at least one instance!
