Tomorrow is the Day where Adventure Unfolds and the countdown has begun the event where a new DJI drone revealed in New York, 10 AM EST. From what I can dig up around the web it’s the New DJI Mavic 2 aka Mavic Air that will be revealed. Is DJI Mavic Air the new and expected Mavic 2?

i dont think this is DJI Mavic 2, more of spark 2. I think the price will matter the most.

it didnt tripled the amount of pixels. it is the same camera of 12 Mpx with 2.8f aperture. it just takes many pictures in panorama mode and stitches them together in order to create the 32Mpx

I'm betting if this product is true then the $699 price point is for the drone only. Just like the Spark I'm sure the remote will be sold separate for a good deal more money.

Its not mavic pro 2.. its mavic air... Price range, maybe between mavic pro & spark.. front, rear & bottom sensors with IR, so it can fly in the dark..

Well you correct this Mavic "The Mavic Air" and *NOT* the Mavic 2? ;-)  My guess will be, than Mavic 2 in fact will replace Mavic Pro to keep the product line intact ;-).  Let's hear it....    :-)
