There’s something the old time is used to do in the big boats. I don’t know where but you can kind of do it with a canoe. You need to lay tilt your canoe facing the duck so the ducks can’t see you and let your canoe just drift and then at the right timeyou roll it over and take your shot. There’s a special boat so I can’t remember what they are, somebody help me out here.

For somebody that is as knowledgeable as he is single action slug for bears is not a great gamble especially when you’re carrying multiple different kinds of ammo there’s no way he’s going to just reload as a pissed off. Bear is charging him.

You need to stay hidden. When blowing a duck call you need to blow hot air like you’re fogging up a car window. Put your tongue against the back of your bottom teeth and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth to end the note. Not being seen will be much more effective than calling though. You already know where the ducks like to hang out. Just gotta be hiding on the bank when they get back.
