if you watched the Spain vs France game, Morata caused France to lose possession well over 10 times, he tackled/blocked Dembele’s crosses alone about 4 times! Str8 dog when it comes to fighting and winning the ball

One reason why spain could play so offensively without worrying about defence was morata the others being rodri and laporte. Morata also created tons of space in attack off the ball to give the other attacking players clear chances to create runs or to score. Now im one of the players who hate on morata for not having elite finishing but i cant argue against morata being a top player

Stop acting like he doesn’t deserve it. He scored over 15 goals in every season he’s played professionally (edit: regularly), he was amazing as a backup at Real, at his first stint at Juve and this season at Atletico. He’s now a Euros winner and he will definitely shine at Milan.

Alvaro Morata is not as bad as what people said about him. His goalscoring output is not the most productive but not the worst either, and his work rate helped Spain win the Euros months ago.

I am sure any random Joe out there would love to have a footballing career like Morata's.

Morata never struck me as a striker, more like a 10 or a false 9.

He lacks the clinical decision making or finishing of a striker

But he makes up for that with his passing, vision, speed, creativity and technique.

I think Morata would flourish in a 4-4-2 diamond system where he’s the guy behind the forwards

I think the reason why almost all coaches and many big clubs like him is because he is intelligent. If you hear him speak you can understand. But on the pitch he shows his intelligence, he is not the typical striker, and he doesn't score 30-40 goals a season, he scores 20 a season but he improves the team and the way of playing. This year he has so much potential with him, Leao, on the left, Pulisic from 10, (in Milan he came back to life, and this is another very intelligent player), and Chukwueze on the right. I think this team is too offensive, but if those 4 players learn to play together and sacrifice themselves for the team, Milan can score more than 100 goals in the season. Of course the problem certainly won't be scoring but avoid conceding 2-3 goals per game 😀😃
