This video talks about the abnormal patterns seen on FFA. The fluorescence pattern on fundus fluorescence angiography can be HYPOFLOURESCENCE ( decreased intensity of fluorescence or HYPERFLUORESCENCE ( Increased intensity of fluorescence). Hyopfluorescence is usually due to blocked fluorescence and vascular filling defects . The hyper fluorescence can be due to leakage , pooling, staining and transmitted fluorescence .
