When you spend more time perfecting your phone than hyping it, you get this kind of beast. Apart from the Z3 or the XZ Premium, I can't remember of a Sony phone that was so good at so much things.

Preordered mine with the free WH1000XM3 headphones can't wait next week when it releases in the UK. The phone has all the best of Sony's innovations in one sleek package.

Note 10+ will go into hibernation great to have a Sony Mobile again. 😀

HS control is such a great tech. Truly a more useful feature than those "full-screen bezeless displays" and gimmicky 90hz refresh rate.

This is an excellenct performance from Sonynasma tech giant. So far, they are weirdly overcoming the delayed release since most competitors are silent and become merely spectators. Most markets are reporting sold out pre orders. This phone is raising the bar. Excited to get one.

I figured Sony's software optimization is great when my cousin's Xperia M2 doesn't slow down like any other phone when she filled up her phone storage with photos and videos back in 2014. Sadly, this beast won't get released in India.

Got my preorder in with the WH-1000XM3s. Expected 18th June give or take. Should be a nice upgrade over my LG V30, which is going to be used as a music player and backup device.

Great breakdown. It looks like Sony is picking up well, where LG left off. As LG shift to a focus on value. Two different approaches to powerhouse phones.

Nice to see some scientific comparison, not just tap and open apps compared to another flagship. I would not expect an SD 865 phone to lag behind another, but I was a bit sceptical for the Sony because it lacks numbers in every possible aspect when compared to the Koreans (except screen res of course). It is easy to put numbers on things, but to measure a real-life component performance is just art.

the plugged in mode is enough for me to consider this phone since all phones can be an all rounder. It could be a full time webcam/router/whatever you could think of
