Hey! I did the same mod, I cut it almost all the way, no pipe sticking out. I really love it. Fuel economy doesn’t change but sounds way better! Recommend to everyone how wants a little louder exhaust. 💪🏼👌

I've kept my 16 exhaust stock. Zero desire to tweek it like so many other bikes I've had.

Good stuff. Feel like this gave me a better idea of the end result. Seems like I could do a cold start in the AM without disturbing neighbors.

Sounds like a tenere 1200 at least on my phone apeaker, nice, you dont have to remkve the shiny metal cover for this mod? Just like that from inside?

How much did you cut the Pipe, in cm ?! Do affect this in time the Exhaust maybe ? Can you have some difficulties by the periodical technical inspections ( TUV ) ? Thank you . Sounds better :)
