Warren Buffett Invests $1B in Bitcoin-Friendly Nubank

Warren Buffett’s company invested US$1B in a Bitcoin-friendly bank in Q4 2021. Brazilian neobank Nubank offers Bitcoin-friendly products such as a Bitcoin ETF. Buffett has been one of the most prominent Bitcoin critics. With Ukraine-Russia tensions easing and Buffett’s bet on the neobank, Bitcoin jumped 4.4% on Feb. 16.
