And this video clip is simply iconic. And for those who didn't understand, Marina is a tour guide who picked up the German tourist with socks and sandals from the airport and gives him a guided tour of Athens together with other tourists who join her tour, where she actually introduces them to the stereotypical Greece alongside the real Greece. A simple genius idea. Her postcard to Europe at the end of the song is also perfect.

This could be really average or it could be the final cherry on top for this amazing year.

this is every Mediterranean country vibes combined in one song. I hear a lot of Greece with some seasoning from Spain, Southern Italy, Turkey and Cyprus. also, at the beginning, it sounds a bit like India/Bollywood as well.

You start feeling the power of the song at the beginning with the instruments and the amazing voice, you think you know what will come after and then you are surprisingly face a crazy, strange, untraditional, but cool and cleverly subversive, and unique song supported by a Greek singer with an amazing presence, performance, and voice. The rhythm is unbeatable. I love this song.

In the 50th anniversary of Greece in Eurovision, it gives something special, something authentic, that they wanted in Europe, and not pretentious, but modern and sends the message to try and be yourself, to keep the tradition but to take risks with new sounds, to evolve and to not be afraid of your versatility.
