Great video, I just finished my first overlay it took me a few days because I was a little rusty with Photopea but, I got it done.

if you use a regular rectangle you can add a border and rounded corners and specify both of them as well as thickness, color, etc.

Thank you so much Gael for this video I love your explanation on how to do this....I'm still a big noob when it comes to working with streamlabs even ...but I still followed your steps to get it to work in streamlabs even though here you use OBS Studio and it does work! Awesome! keep creating videos like this....and guys no worries if you're still a newbie at anything OBS/Streamlabs related it does take time in learning how to use it... Yo, I'm not a huge fan of Canva but honestly, I'm not very creative at ALL. Therefore, designing something from scratch is almost impossible for me. I once sat staring a blank screen in Photopea for 15 minutes and then turned it off and just used Canva to give me an idea for a base then built my overlay around that base.

4:35 Resize the box with the dots, it's that simple. I think Canva is a great tool, even for professionals. It's an easy-to-understand interface (yeah i'm talking to you Photopea -_-) and a lot of the tools are free. If a design looks like "thats made in Canva!" or templety then it probably depends on the designer.

Awesome video. I have see videos of you doing all different overlays an stuff but I would like to be cheeky an ask. Do you mind showing us how when you have done a be right back overlay how to add that, what key is for what an do you need a camera for obs or streamlabs?

But only use canva

I think canva is great for things I do and it's easy to use where photopea and ps is more complex

I have a question:
On OBS studio, how do you just capture the game and the video game audio only?

I know this doesn't have anything remotely to do with the vid but, I've been having a hard time trying to get a capture card and a camera too run together on obs but my capture card wont record audio if my camera is plugged in. Is there any advice anybody can give? asking for a friend

on normal streamlabs i dont have chroma key and i cant figure how todo colour key to make my video behind the image

The final products of both are very clearly different however the process of me using photopea was very stressful and frustrating. Every time I clicked off of something it would stay on and whenever I tried grouping it wouldn't work and I was following the video to every detail. I'll just say that I'm glad the process is over and will probably not be using photopea again ahaha

Pls do you respond, for some reason i cant get the box to resize once i place it. The shift v isnt doing anything i cant click on it to move it. I'm going crazy. Please somebody help me
