and illegal were not on document no one has a document that says American it says USA with no periods and it says administration or state so what' documents does an American even have?

Note that he lists “apprehensions, ” not crossings as a metric. Biden has increased border security, so it makes sense that apprehensions are rising. The number of crossings began to increase significantly in 2020, when America began to drop Covid measures (obviously, pandemic = heightened pressure for migration). Trump was president when the jump in crossings started. They have continued to rise since biden took office, but the data is so merely correlative. If you listen to migrants, they say biden is too harsh on border security.
